ZO Landscape Maintenance is a Bellevue, Washington-based landscaping company. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured to operate in Washington State. All of our employees, too, are insured to work on our clients' properties, so you our client can rest assured that no matter what happens, you, your family and your property are in good hands.

Mario Zapato is the owner-operator of ZO Landscape Maintenance. He is the third generation of landscape maintenance professionals in his family.

Mario's father and grandfather both worked their entire working lives in the service of families and businesses in Guatemala wishing to have their yards and gardens fully managed by professionals in the field (no pun intended).

Immigrating into the United States as a teenager, Mario gained citizenship and joined the US Marines, where he learned the value of discipline, comradery and loyalty. In parallel to serving his newly-adopted country, After retirement from the service, he started his own landscape and maintenance company, settling in the town of Bellevue and starting a family. The 'town' soon grew into a modern city, and he continues to this day to serve his customer in Puget Sound. He continues to apply all he learned from childhood, working with his father and grandfather in their business in Central America, to building a professional and experienced team of dedicated people.
